Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Almonds
Ingredients 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) 1 tablespoon sliced almonds 1 tablespoon baked oats 1 teaspoon honey or Maple Syrup (optional) In a glass bowl, layer Greek yogurt, berries, sliced almonds and oats. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired. Enjoy cold! Meals don't have to be difficult for you to stay on track.
