Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Almonds

Ingredients
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon baked oats
1 teaspoon honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
In a glass bowl, layer Greek yogurt, berries, sliced almonds and oats.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
Enjoy cold!
