Overnight Oats with Berries and Nuts


Ingredients


1/2 cup Old fashioned oats

1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat milk)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for a thicker texture)

1/4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) and 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)


Directions

  1. In a mason jar or a small bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and chia seeds (if using).

  2. Seal with a lid or cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or overnight).

  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with your fresh berries and chopped nuts


Overnight oats offer endless customization options! You can add your favorite fruits, swap out the nuts, or mix in flavored protein powder to boost the protein content. The possibilities are limitless.
